Academic Career
Bob received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University in 1979. He continued his education at the University of Göttingen, and from 1979 -1985 served as a graduate assistant in the Institute of Public Accounting and Business.
In 1985, Bob graduated with a Diplom-Kaufmann, a graduate degree in business and economics and in 1994, he received his Doctorate in Business from the University of Göttingen.
Since 1997, Bob has served as an adjunct Professor at Iona College in New York and at the School of Economics and Law in Berlin Germany for International Business Management/ MBAs. His main lecture topics are: International Business, Management and Leadership, Mergers and Acquisitions, Organizational Design of Multinational Corporation, Global Strategy, and Business Ethics.
Paying It Forward
One of the reasons Bob has been so successful in his life is the influence of the various coaches, teachers, professors, and family members who took him under their wings. Bob pays that forward in teaching MBA students, not just lecturing them on strategy, but practical matters, like how to make your own success when there is no elevator, just a staircase, and you have to climb with passion and energy.

Dr. Bob Trogele taught us International Business at Berlin School of Economics and Law.
